Website information
General educational and practical guidance that does not replace professional medical, legal, visa or financial advice.
These terms explain what TIB HIND provides, what remains the responsibility of independent healthcare and travel providers, and what we ask from people using the website or coordination service.
General educational and practical guidance that does not replace professional medical, legal, visa or financial advice.
Assistance with organising records, obtaining provider responses and coordinating agreed travel or admission steps.
Hospitals, doctors, laboratories, hotels, transport companies, interpreters and payment services act under their own terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the coordination service. You may still read publicly available information subject to applicable law and the website-use provisions below.
By using the website or asking TIB HIND to coordinate an enquiry, you confirm that you have legal capacity to act or are authorised to act for the patient. A parent, lawful guardian or authorised representative should act for a child or a person unable to provide valid instructions.
You should not submit another person’s medical, identity or travel information without appropriate authority. We may request reasonable verification before sharing records, accepting instructions or arranging services.
Collecting the records you choose to provide and clarifying the patient question.
Considering case-specific specialty, department capability, current information and practical fit.
Coordinating a provider opinion, proposed pathway, indicative estimate or appointment.
Assisting with agreed invitation, appointment, arrival, accommodation, language and follow-up communication.
Scope varies by case, provider and location. Any additional paid service should be identified separately before you agree.
Hospitals and doctors independently decide whether to review or accept a case. They are responsible for examination, diagnosis, treatment options, risk disclosure, consent, clinical care, discharge and medical follow-up. Their estimate, invoice, cancellation rules and privacy notice apply to their services.
Hotels, airlines, transport providers, interpreters, laboratories, insurers, banks, document services and government authorities also operate independently. TIB HIND may coordinate communication but does not control their decisions, performance, pricing or availability.
Before booking or paying, check the named provider, scope, dates, price, exclusions, cancellation terms and who receives the money.
TIB HIND does not examine patients or independently diagnose, prescribe or deliver treatment.
A hospital or doctor decides whether to accept a case and may require further assessment.
A cure, survival, complication-free course or particular functional result cannot be promised.
An estimate can change after examination, updated testing, clinical changes or a longer stay.
Government authorities decide visa applications, entry and immigration permission.
Urgent symptoms require local emergency services, not website or coordination messages.
You are responsible for deciding whether to proceed after considering professional advice, personal circumstances and the information available. TIB HIND cannot make treatment consent or payment decisions for you.
Medical payments should be made to the hospital, doctor or authorised provider using details they confirm. Travel and support services are paid to their responsible providers. Do not transfer money to an unverified personal account.
TIB HIND may receive a hospital-funded coordination payment as explained in our financial disclosure. Any separate amount payable directly to TIB HIND must be described in writing before payment.
Read the full disclosure and refund policy before committing funds.
Website content is general information. Medical evidence, provider roles, accreditations, prices, visa rules and availability can change. Current patient-specific information from the responsible provider or official authority takes priority.
TIB HIND names, page design, original text, graphics and compilation are protected to the extent permitted by law. You may make reasonable personal use and link to public pages. Substantial copying, automated extraction, resale or republication without permission is prohibited unless applicable law permits it.
External links are provided for reference. TIB HIND does not control third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TIB HIND is not responsible for independent clinical decisions or outcomes, government decisions, provider cancellations, travel disruptions or losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the user or a third party.
TIB HIND remains responsible for its own conduct to the extent required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, privacy or patient rights.
Do not wait for a website response or medical-travel coordination when symptoms require immediate local emergency care.
We may update these terms when services, laws or operational practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, while preserving any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to the user under applicable law.
Questions or concerns should first be sent to TIB HIND so they can be reviewed. This does not remove a person’s right to approach an appropriate court, regulator or other lawful forum.
No. Using the website, sending reports or receiving coordination support does not create a doctor-patient relationship with TIB HIND. A clinical relationship may arise separately with the hospital or doctor who accepts and assesses the patient.
Yes. You can stop before committing to a provider or paid third-party service. Payments already made remain subject to the recipient provider's cancellation and refund terms.
Current written information from the responsible provider about your case takes priority over general website content. Ask for clarification before relying on a material difference.
The treating hospital and doctor must explain the proposed treatment, material risks, alternatives and consent process. TIB HIND may support communication but does not give clinical consent on behalf of the patient.
You may link to public pages and make reasonable personal use. Substantial copying, automated extraction, resale, removal of attribution or republication as your own content requires written permission unless applicable law allows otherwise.
Send the page, provider document or term you want clarified. TIB HIND can explain its own role and identify which independent provider should answer the remaining question.
