TIB HIND begins
Built around a simple gap: international patients needed clearer clinical context before choosing treatment in India.
TIB HIND helps international patients understand, compare and coordinate planned treatment in India. We begin with the medical question, not a hospital name, package or payment.
Patients comparing treatment abroad often receive a list of famous hospitals and prices before anyone has clearly defined what their case requires.
TIB HIND was founded in 2020 to change that order. We organise the medical file, identify the relevant clinical capability, coordinate current provider responses and explain practical differences without pretending that a facilitator can make the final medical decision.
Our work sits between the patient and the treating provider. We help both sides communicate more clearly, but we do not blur the line between coordination and care.
Built around a simple gap: international patients needed clearer clinical context before choosing treatment in India.
The operating model concentrates on one region so hospital capability, travel planning and practical coordination can be assessed more carefully.
Medical records are organised and reviewed before a provider comparison is presented as suitable for the case.
TIB HIND combines medical-file coordination, provider comparison, visa support, arrival planning and follow-up communication.
The service is designed around the decisions a patient must make, not around selling a fixed package.
We organise the information already available and identify the specialty, decision or clarification the patient needs.
Hospitals and doctors are considered for the specific case, including the relevant department, critical care, technology and current availability.
With permission, we send records to suitable providers and bring the proposed pathway, indicative estimate and open questions into one clear comparison.
We help coordinate appointments, invitation letters, arrival, interpreter needs and the documents required for planned admission.
During the stay, we help the patient and family understand practical next steps while the hospital remains responsible for all clinical care.
We help organise discharge documents and communication with the treating provider after the patient returns home.
A famous hospital is not automatically the right hospital. The diagnosis and required capability define the shortlist.
Clinical review helps frame the right questions before commercial or travel discussions begin.
Concentrating on one major healthcare region helps us understand departments, logistics and provider coordination in greater depth.
We ask for written estimates and visible inclusions. Final billing belongs to the hospital and can change with the clinical plan.
We are a facilitator, not a hospital. We do not diagnose, prescribe, guarantee outcomes or replace the treating team.
You decide where reports are sent, which questions to ask, whether to travel and which provider to choose.

Selected hospitals and doctors examine the patient, explain options, obtain consent and remain solely responsible for medical treatment and outcomes.
No. TIB HIND is a medical-travel facilitator based in India and focused on Delhi NCR. Independent hospitals and doctors provide all diagnosis, treatment and clinical care.
Delhi NCR has a broad network of tertiary and specialist hospitals. A regional focus also allows closer attention to provider capability, appointments, transfers, accommodation and communication. A Delhi NCR provider is recommended only when it fits the case.
TIB HIND uses qualified clinical review to frame the case and identify appropriate questions and specialties. Dr. Annie T. Varughese, MD, FACC, serves in the medical-review role described on her profile. The treating hospital and consultant remain responsible for diagnosis and treatment decisions.
TIB HIND may receive a coordination fee from a partner hospital after treatment. The patient does not pay TIB HIND a separate coordination fee unless a distinct paid service is agreed in writing. A commercial relationship cannot buy a ranking or clinical recommendation.
No. No ethical facilitator, hospital or doctor can guarantee a cure or complication-free result. Expected benefits and risks must be discussed with the treating doctor after proper assessment.
TIB HIND currently communicates in English, Arabic, Russian and Bengali. Interpreter arrangements for hospital discussions should be confirmed for the required dates and clinical setting.
